As a Project Coordinator at Banner Environmental, Michelle Fahy plays a key role in keeping projects organized and compliant from start to finish. Michelle is the dependable link between the office and the field—managing job folders, scheduling leads, ordering containers, and handling licensing for employees across all six New England states. Michelle also oversees manifest and waste shipment records, ensuring every project meets regulatory requirements, and she contributes to marketing efforts by photographing job sites to document the team’s work in action.
When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Michelle doesn’t hesitate: “The teamwork.” Whether she’s coordinating logistics or supporting crews on-site, she values the collaboration and mutual respect that define Banner’s culture. Learning the ins and outs of asbestos abatement has been one of her biggest challenges so far, but she approaches it with the same determination that drives her in every area of her life—asking questions, staying curious, and improving every day.
Outside of work, Michelle’s energy and enthusiasm shine just as bright. A former personal trainer of 18 years, she’s completed road races, obstacle courses, mud runs, and even triathlons. These days, her greatest pride is her son—cheering him on at rugby games and following the New England Free Jacks. She also loves live music, ocean days, walks through state parks with her dog, and quiet afternoons spent with a great book.
Michelle’s attention to detail, reliability, and genuine love for teamwork make her an invaluable member of the Banner Environmental family.
