In this role, he seamlessly juggles a wide range of responsibilities—from overseeing field operations and supporting crews, to managing inventory, the warehouse, and ensuring projects stay on schedule. While some might feel overwhelmed by such a dynamic role, Wayne thrives on the unpredictable nature of the job. Each challenge, whether it’s a complex field situation or a logistical hurdle, provides him with an opportunity to think on his feet, a quality he deeply values.
