Terry manages payroll, monitors GPS truck tracking, handles corporate credit card postings, and assists HR with onboarding new employees. She also supports field operations by setting up jobs, preparing certified payroll reports, and coordinating order procurement and pricing analysis across multiple vendors to keep projects on track and within budget.
For Terry, the most rewarding part of her role is the sense of collaboration that defines Banner’s culture. “There’s always something new to learn and a great team of people willing to share their knowledge so everyone grows together as a team,” she says. She appreciates how every day presents a new challenge and an opportunity to deepen her understanding of the environmental services industry. When first joining the team, Terry faced the steep learning curve of understanding the complexities of asbestos abatement and compliance regulations. With determination—and a lot of support from her coworkers—she embraced that challenge head-on. Today, she’s proud of how far she’s come, crediting Banner’s team-first spirit for helping her grow both personally and professionally.

Outside of the office, Terry’s energy and love of adventure shine through. She enjoys traveling throughout the Caribbean, riding her motorcycle and ATV, camping, horseback riding, and relaxing by a campfire or beach sunset. She also finds joy in quieter moments—gardening, crafting, and creating scrapbooks that capture her many adventures. Her bucket list includes returning to Aruba, visiting Hawaii, and even learning to fly a helicopter—proof that Terry’s curiosity and drive extend far beyond the numbers.
