As Warehouse Manager, Sary Khorn plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. From ordering materials and equipment to organizing the warehouse and ensuring vehicles are properly maintained, Sary helps make sure crews leave each morning with the tools and supplies they need. His attention to detail and focus on efficiency help ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining the high safety and quality standards Banner is known for.

Whether helping review job scopes, suggesting ways to complete work more efficiently, or ensuring materials are ready when crews need them, Sary brings a collaborative approach to everything he does. That mindset helps keep the warehouse organized, the crews prepared, and the entire operation moving forward each day.
When Sary first assumed the Warehouse Manager role, he faced a major challenge. During one of the busiest seasons of the year, the shop was crowded and disorganized, making it difficult to operate efficiently. Rather than becoming overwhelmed, he focused on building a system to bring order to the space. Through careful organization and planning, he helped transform the warehouse into a cleaner, more structured environment. His advice to those entering the environmental services field reflects his experience: “Listen to others, learn every part of the process, and take pride in the work, as every project helps protect families, businesses, and the environment.”
Outside of work, Sary enjoys spending time with family and staying active. He’s a brother to five sisters and one brother, and family gatherings are especially meaningful to him. When he’s not working, you might find him saltwater fishing, bowling, playing cornhole or basketball, or cheering on the Celtics and Patriots. One day, he hopes to visit Cambodia to meet relatives—an experience that would deepen his connection to his heritage.
